Hover Tank Arcade - v0.98.2 update

I've updated Hover Tank Arcade recently on my Arcade Cabinet for https://lexplay.games/ last weekend! This update includes a number of small improvements, such as a rebalanced lower difficulty for casual mode, a casual mode ending (only arcade is endless), level improvements, and a cutscene transition between different areas.

I'm still working on Hover Tank Arcade DX, which is pretty close to being completed.  Hoping to release it over the next few months on Steam and Itch.io!
